Эти пластины алюминивые или нечто на его основе,имеет толщину 0,3~0,32 мм.,
довольно мягкие и налипающие на конусный гравёр.
Гравёр micro100, в 30 градусов, карбидовый с напылением,режу на подаче 1320 mm/min на 13600 rpm
с заглублением 0,12~0.1 с отступом 0,5~0.7 черновой проход,а потом чистовой с нулевым отступом.
Всё бы хорошо,живи и совершенствуйся,но заказчик захотел те же трафареты из аллюминия толщиной один милиметр.
Впрочем именно на алюминии он не настаивает,главное чтобы это был метал.
И вот я думаю из чего мне это сделать?
Из жёсткого D16?
Но как сильно он отличается от латуни ЛС-59?
Смогу ли я его также резво резать гравёром?

Сколько может стоить такая работа?
Мне предлагают 2500
Заранее спасибо всем.кто ответит.
Основная причина по которой я задаю этот вопрос в том,что если ябуду покупать ДТ16 1500х4000,
то вложу гдето 4~5 тыр. при довольно большом дефеците денег.
В работу пойдёт только восьмая часть,остальное на склад,но расходоватся будет скорее всего для таких-же заказов в будущем и будет не хорошо,если инструмент и работа станка в целом будет намного дороже чем предложенная мне в сумме оплата за такие заказы.
Поэтому я и прошу ващей помощи и совета.
