Hello everyone ! First I want to excuse myself for writing in English here, but the level of my Russian won't let me expers mylesf in a way you can undestrand my problem !
I'm from Bulgaria, and recently bought a Chinese Router directly from JINAN XYZ TECH - a 1224 model, with DSP - 0501. As far as everyone has exprienced, the thing that arrived was far from USER FRIENDLY machine. NO setup instructions, no manual, nothing at all. So I start fighting with router. Much of the issues I cleared using this wonderful forum, others just called the manufacturer to ask. So here is the final problem :

- spindle speed setup !!!!!

today I just got to the solving of the problem ...but.....it's never easy with Chinese machines......

I have setup ( here attached in JPEG ) the 8 grade speed setup from the DSP, and it works ok ...... but up to 4000 rpm !!!
So now I have a router with max of 4000 rpm, not a 22 000 . !!! I looked in the Inverted setup manual - which is a DZB200 model with strange DIGITAL OPERATOR ( a picture attached )!!! As fas i can understand - the DSP doesn't reads S code from GCODE file, so it has to be set manualy from the DSP 1-7 speed. 1st grade is 25% of max speed, 2nd grade is 34....3rd ---43 (not exact numbers) but max 7th speed of 100% is hardly 4000 rpm. I looked in the inverter manual and found a setup code ( F1.03 ) which corresponds of motor speed, and the value set there was 4000 !!!! so max speed factory set is 4000. This function can't be changed while inverter is operating, but DIGITAL OPERATOR doesn't allow to STOP it. It looks different than the one in the DZB200/DZB300 manual and the STOP function is ot working. The router has 2 power switches, and when I turn off just one of them the DIGITAL OPEREATOR dies in 4-5 secs. Afrer swithching ON the operator stains in RUN and FW mode, and can't be STOPPED. As far as I can apprehend, I have to set the inverter to STOP mode, after that setup the MOTOR SPEED to 22000 rpm., because these functions from F1 level can;t be changed in operating state !!!
SO THE QUESTION I WANT TO ASK IS HOW TO STOP HE INVERTER ????I'll appreciate any suggestions, and of course try to help anyone who has issues about setting up a XYZ TECH router !!

ivofotev, увы с английским у меня очень плохо - технические текст понимаю, но раз вы разбирались с фрезером по нашему форуму, то русский вы тоже слегка читаете
Как я понял - у Вас частота вращения шпинделя задается ручкой на частотном регуляторе, как это сделано на большинстве таких фрезеров (а соответственно от DSP-процессора на него идут только 2 провода управления, которые только дают разрешение или запрещение шпинделю вращаться), и вас напугало то, что на частотном регуляторе предельное значение 400, но это не частота вращения шпинделя в оборотах в минуту, а частота в Герцах (оборотах в секунду),а соответственно для получения частоты вращения в оборотах в минуту надо значение индикатора просто умножить на 60 (400Гц*60сек=24000оборота в мин)...
А вариант с управлением частотой вращения шпинделя с пульта в этом комплекте все равно не понимает команд S, а только позволяет выбрать значение с пульта фрезера, поэтому такой вариант используется крайне редко....

Thanks a lot to everyone !!! Problem was simpler that expected. All was set correctly ! As this is my first touch with a router I didn't know how much are 24 000 rpm. The simple fact the invertor digital control had only 4 digits......and I can only see last 4 figures.....so the set up speed was 24000 and not 4000, 7th grade speed is 24000 ( shown 4000 ). Stupid me....but at last all figured out.
p.s. The invertor works fine with 7th grade spindle speed. if you set only 0 and 1 grade - it only powers on and off, and I couldn;t find out how to go at a higher speed. So now.... just select the grade and go at a desired speed .....CHINESE PERFECTION !!!
