If the problem is in the patch board, and not in the console itself, then it may be cheaper to repair the patch board than to find a new working one, because it contains only typical non-programmable components, which means that it is enough to understand which component is faulty and replace it, how your old switching board will start to work ... The text was written through a google translator, so it may not be very competent, but alas, I don’t speak English.

Thank you for replying,
The problem is from the board, (when i connect the DSP controller to it, it doesn't work, it works only when i connect to the PC with the USB cable)
if i buy the richauto rznc 0401 board, how will i connect the wires !!

In the cable connector, the following pin assignment. I took the remote control from the documentation for 0401. I didn’t find any documentation for your patch card, but there is a remote control ...
pin signal Function specification
VCC 5V +5v
X PULSE+ X axis pulse+
X DIR+ Direction of X axis+
YPULSE+ Y axis pulse+
Y DIR+ Direction of Y axis+
Z PULSE+ Z axis pulse+
Z DIR+ Direction of Z axis+
C PULSE+ C axis pulse+
C DIR+ Direction of C axis+
CADI 11+ Figure inputting terminal
CADI 10+ Figure inputting terminal
CADI 9+ Figure inputting terminal
CADI 8+ Figure inputting terminal
VCC 5V +5v
CADI 7+ Figure inputting terminal; Cut adjusting device signal input+
CADI 6+ Figure inputting terminal
CADI 5 Figure inputting terminal
CADI 3 Figure inputting terminal
CADI 1 Figure inputting terminal; origin of Y axis sensor signal
AVDD I IO positive shared terminal
AVDD O IO positive shared terminal
CADO 1 Figure outputting terminal
CADO 3 Figure outputting terminal
CADO 5 Figure outputting terminal
CADO 7 Figure outputting terminal
GND GND
X PULSE- X axis pulse-
X DIR- Direction of X axis-
Y PULSE- Y axis pulse-
Y DIR- Direction of Y axis-
Z PULSE- Z axis pulse-
Z DIR- Direction of Z axis-
C PULSE- C axis pulse-
C DIR- Direction of C axis-
CADI 11- Figure inputting terminal
CADI 10- Figure inputting terminal
CADI 9- Figure inputting terminal
CADI 8- Figure inputting terminal
GND GND
CADI 7- Figure inputting terminal; Cut adjusting device signal input-
CADI 6- Figure inputting terminal
CADI 4 Figure inputting terminal
CADI 2 Figure inputting terminal; origin of Z axis sensor signal
CADI 0 Figure inputting terminal; origin of X axis sensor signal
CADGND IO negative shared terminal
CADGND IO negative shared terminal
CADO 0 Figure outputting terminal
CADO 2 Figure outputting terminal
CADO 4 Figure outputting terminal
CADO 6 Figure outputting terminal
Thus, at terminals 1 and 14 there should be +5 Volts relative to terminals 26 and 39.
It remains to be understood why there is no such voltage on the board on these conclusions ...
It is enough for the electronic engineer to make sure that there is a supply voltage on these terminals, and if so, then check the cable for serviceability, and if not, it will not be difficult to figure out why the supply voltage does not come to these terminals ...
